COVID-19 SAFETY

To protect our clients and team, we will thoroughly clean and sanitize all items before each use. Our team will wear a mask and gloves during setup and cleanup for each reservation. As we ensure the health and safety of our team, we ask that our clients take the necessary precautions as well. If you or someone in your party are feeling sick and/or exhibiting symptoms, please stay home and contact us immediately.

HOW DO PACKAGES & THEMES WORK?

All packages can be customized with any theme. For instance, you can choose “The Oasis Package” with the “Lovers & Friends” theme.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

All payments are non-refundable. Payments can be made through our secured site or via Zelle. A 50% deposit is due of your total reservation upon receipt of invoice (that will be sent to your email). This deposit will cover styling and coordination, as well as floristry (if applicable) and picnic services to secure the date. No reservation will be held without the 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the service date. If your service is booked within seven days of the event, the full payment is required at booking.

If you need to cancel your reservation, we allow a 72-hour cancellation prior to reservation date. Although there are no refunds, clients will have 3 months to reschedule their booking.

WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK MY RESERVATION BY?

We ask that all reservations be made at least 7 days prior to your desired event date. If you are looking for a last-minute booking, still contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?

We understand things happen. We have a 10-minute grace period for late arrival. However, we ask that clients notify us before your scheduled time if you know you’re running late. Please give yourself some cushion to arrive on time. If you arrive after our 10-minute grace period, please take this time off your total time allotted. We will arrive promptly to clean up.

CAN I LEAVE PRIOR TO MY SCHEDULED END TIME?

Yes. If you would like to leave early, please call or text us at least 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know. As a note, you are responsible for all picnic items until our return.

HOW DO I BOOK?

Head to our "Book Now" page to begin your reservation. Once you choose your package, fill out the request form with your basic information. After we review your request we'll ask for a few more details that will help us to create your picnic. You will then receive an invoice to pay your deposit to secure your reservation date and time.

WHAT IF IT IS SCHEDULED TO RAIN?

We can’t predict the weather! If the forecast calls for rain within 24 hours of your reservation, we will reach out to the client or you can reach out to us. You can choose to change your location to an indoor space or reschedule for another day. There is no additional fee for rescheduling your picnic due to inclement weather.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Yes. We also offer a variety of snack options as well!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE ANY OF THE ITEMS DURING MY PICNIC?

We trust that you will take care of our items as if they were your own. However, if there is any damage to our inventory or any item is missing, the client is responsible for those damages. The damage will be assessed, and a fee will be charged.

WHAT PICNIC LOCATIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

There are several parks where we can setup your picnic. You can choose a specific park or ask us for a recommendation. Exact locations in the park will be up to The Pop-Up Soirée as this is a public space and we cannot guarantee an exact location in the spot. As a note, most public parks have specific rules and guidelines. Specifically, glass and alcohol are prohibited. You will be required to follow all local rules, signs, and laws when using public spaces.

We can also arrange for an private residence experience, whether indoor or outdoor (this can also include hotel rooms or other rental space). If you select a place that is outside of our preferred location, a travel fee will be added to your reservation.
